Mezze Uyghur Foods was created with a simple purpose: to share the authentic flavours we grew up with and make them easier to enjoy at home.

Our story begins with the bold, comforting flavours of Uyghur cuisine. Food has always been more than just a meal to us—it brings families together, carries traditions forward, and reminds us of home.

What started as sharing our food with customers in Greater Vancouver grew into something bigger. Over the years, customers kept coming back for the flavours they loved and asking for ways to enjoy Mezze beyond a single meal. That inspired us to turn some of our signature flavours into products that could be enjoyed at home.

Today, we proudly make products such as Mezze Fried Rice Noodle Sauce and Mezze Chili Oil, bringing the distinctive flavours of our kitchen directly to yours.

Our products are made in British Columbia, inspired by authentic Uyghur flavours, and created with the same care we would put into food for our own family.

For us, Mezze isn't simply about selling sauce or chili oil. It's about preserving a flavour, sharing a culture, and creating something that can bring people together around the table.
